Hi, I’m Micah Watkins — a Realtor with eXp Realty Land & Ranch serving the greater Lake Norman area, and I’ve proudly called Catawba home for the past 13 years.

Before stepping into real estate in October 2025, I spent years in the fast-paced world of corporate finance. My days were filled with analysis, negotiations, and big decisions — all skills that now help me guide clients with confidence through buying or selling a home, land, or countryside property. But somewhere along the way, I realized what really drives me isn’t just numbers or strategy — it’s people.

Having lived in this area for over a decade, I’ve watched Lake Norman and the surrounding communities grow and change, and I understand what makes this region so special.
